Beautiful Hand-knit Stools by Claire-Anne O’Brien
Like the furniture equivalent of a warm winter sweater, young British designer Claire-Anne O’Brien’s knit stools are just begging to be sat on (and admired). The handmade aesthetic is warm and tactile, and Claire-Anne uses varying knitting techniques and colors that take a traditional craft and make it new. While we’ve all seen upholstered stools, here’s a soft-good take on a traditional piece of furniture that brings a real sense of time and care put into the design.
